• Over 30 years of professional experience in commercial, residential, and heavy (civil) construction projects throughout the State of Florida

• Proven record with bidding and successfully being awarded multi-million dollar projects

• History of constructing superior projects – on schedule and under budget

• Responsible for management, direction, and the coordination of all trades

• Maintains or improves contract schedules through effective expediting and motivational skills

• Adheres to rigid quality control procedures on all projects

• Oversees cost control on all projects

• Technical and practical knowledge of all construction industry trades

• Superior communication skills with owners, trade professionals, and design staff

 

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma

• A.A. Degree – General Studies, Indian River State College (formerly Indian River Community College)

• B.S. Degree – Building and Construction, University of West Florida
