QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 25 years of professional experience estimating and managing commercial, residential, and heavy (civil) construction projects throughout the State of Florida​​​​​

• Technical and practical knowledge of all construction industry trades

• Effective communication skills with project owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Proven ability to coordinate project buy-out and delivery to the job site for project components (including long-lead items)

• Extremely capable at obtaining necessary project shop drawings and submittals in a timely manner

 

EDUCATION:

• High School Degree

• Florida Institute of Technology – Environmental Science – Associate Degree in Aqua Culture

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training Course

• Continuing Construction Education Courses

 

LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS:

• DEP Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector #25067
